Full Board
$950/month including tax - Includes daily: basic grooming, cleaning of stall, 2 blanket changes (3 if necessary), turn-out, routine booting, feet picked, feet dressed, 2 grain feeds and 4 hay feedings, administering medications and supplements. All horses will be checked daily for injuries. Routine wound care and wrapping. Extra services will be billed individually. The use of the facilities is included for personal use. There is no fee for an outside instructor.

Training Board
Includes everything offered in Full Board plus
Additional $250/month -two services per week (eight per month), which can be:
Semi-private or group lessons
Exercise rides by Locust Hill staff
Accompanied trail ride
Mane pulling and trimming
Sheath cleaning
Full bath and show prep

Additional $350/month - Includes 3 services per week (12 per month)
Additional $400/month - Includes up to 4 services per week (16 per month). Tacking upon request.
Additional $500/month - Up to five training rides, private, semi-private, or any combination thereof, bathing, tacking upon request, and regular tack cleaning.

Lay-up Board
When available includes a double stall, basic care as stated in Full Board, treatment such as hand walking, wound care and non-extraordinary medical supplies. Not to include medication of any sort. Price dependent on level of care required.

Body clipping, mane & tail braiding, or horse show fees are not included in any board plan.

(Basic Board is available only to those local boarders who are on the premises at least 5 days a week to care for their horse's grooming needs. This level does not include any grooming and has fewer extras included.)
